About the Event
Riverside Community Flower Show & Garden Tour is a Flower Show, Garden Tour of 6 local gardens, Free Vendor Fair and Garden Seminars. Our venue is the Elks Lodge in Riverside. Vendor booths are $125.00 for a 10' X 10' space for the entire two-day event. Vendor fair is entirely outdoors. Setup may begin on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. Vendors should be set up by 11:00 am Saturday and must be torn down by 5:00 pm Sunday. Overnight security is provided, so vendors may securely leave their booths setup overnight.
Although the flower show begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday, exhibitors are bringing in entries at 7:00 am on Saturday, and judges, clerks & committee members (over 50 people) are arriving on the premises Saturday morning for the 9:30 am orientation meeting. Other attendees arrive early to pick up their tickets for the garden tour, so there is traffic on site beginning at 7:00 am Saturday. Vendors may, at their own discretion, begin selling as early as 7:00 am Saturday. Food and coffee vendors especially would very likely have sales during this time.
